Main topic of course was our darts event, and I wanted to give you a small update on this. Last year we had 4 dartboards and 9 tables.This year I rented 5 boards and we are aiming for 10 tables.
At this moment we have 6 tables :

- Annemie
- Gunter
- Johan-Edwige
- Gladys
- RC West
Anyone else who can fill a table / part of a table ?Who can we still contact for tables ?This is task nr 1 I am asking everyone's help...
Eric is contacting Rc Minerva & Rc HeidelandI have sent invitations to the clubs in our district 2 weeks ago.
Task nr 2 ( there are only 2 tasks for the moment )we need a background behind the boards, last year we used 3 vestiaire cupboards end we improvised for the 4 th one this year with the 5 boards we will have to find another solution ( vestiaire cupboards not certain we can use ) I am enclosing a photograph so you have an idea what we are looking for.Can we do some urgent brainstorming on this please
Catering : will again be the Violin, Eric & Gladys are looking into the menus
Bar : we will be selling the same drinks/beer at the same prices. no cava will be sold, just 1 glass offered as apero. Annemie is bring wines, white same as last year, red a better quality
Game : we are still looking for a game moderator. It is too difficult for Eric to combine this with light & sound
Task planning : will probably be copy/ paste from last year
