We welcome no less than 5 guests to this evening meeting: Tamara, Miguel, Daniëlle and Daniëlle and Guido Lambrechts, member of RC Antwerp Ring, who will came to visit us.
Isabelle had been looking forward to it for a long time and had prepared herself thoroughly: on 25 April it was finaly time to give her maiden speech.
She said that during her childhood she could has enjoyed a Rotary exchange program and gained a great experience in the USA. Since the beginning of 2018 she has been a member of our Rotary Club Antwerp.International, but before that she was a member of Rotary Club Antwerpen.In Rotary she is not only member of our club, but she is also Contact Officer for the Rotary Youth Exchange in District 2170.
Isabelle did her studies at the University of Antwerp. She is professionally associated with the Adverlat office in Antwerp as a lawyer. She specialized in personal and family law, civil liability law, family mediation and parenting mediation.
Her great love is Miguel Torres l'Olivier. In addition to Rotary, her major passions are golf (Isabelle is a member of Golf Club Ternesse), face painting and spirituality.
It was a beautiful presentation based on slides that, despite setbacks, provided more insight into who Isabelle is. Based on many photos and a few movies, we got a nice picture of her. Everyone has greatly appreciated her presentation. Thanks, Isabelle.
