• Presidency:
  • The board proposed this solution for the presidency of our club:
    • 2019-2020: Annemie Goybaerts
    • 2020-2021 & 2021-2022: Eric Jonkers
    • 2022-2023 & 2023-2024: Isabelle Jacobs
  • Vote for proposition: all members present agreed
• Financials
  • All fees from all members have been paid. A few invoices have to be sent.
  • Account: 736 EUR
  • Saving account: 16.000 EUR
• Program
  • Barbecue
    • Email on 18/01/19 with details and tasks
  • New idea: Rotary after work:
    • One social meeting every month open for members, family and potential members
    • Gunter takes the lead and looks for a suitable venue. Prerequisites: parking, easily accessible.
    • Start at 7:00 PM (if needed we can switch to 8:00 PM)
    • Normally 1 hour. Those who want to stay can stay of course.
    • First meeting 7/2. Afterwards every week on e.g. the 1ste Thursday of the month.
  • Valentine's Meeting: 14/2
  • Bowling: 21/2. Don't forget to register.
  • Hoofdzaak er is Hoop: 31/3
    • The movie will be 'Dumbo' and it will be showed in Kinepolis Antwerpen.
    • Our club is sponsoring for 250 EUR for children from OLO Brasschaat
• Invitation 7/2 van Innerwheel: buddy: Johan is answering that it will not be possible to attend.
• Candles

  • We are going to count the candles we still have and sell the last ones.
• Quiz RC Antwerpen Metropool 30/3. Who is interested to participate. Eric (& Daniëlle) will be present.
• Summer meeting
  • Last week of August we have to organise the event.
  • Theme: wellknown Flemish people.
  • Together with RC Antwerpen Metropool, but who is the leading club?
