With 17 we were on February 15 to defend the colors of RC Antwerp.International. With this we were not only the largest representation of all Antwerp clubs, but of course also the most enthusiastic (!).
After the aperitif, we were served a delicious stone grill with fish and meat. At the table it was great to stay with jokes and grolls as we are used to in the club.
Afterwards the more serious part of the evening followed. While a lot of members tried as well as possible not throwing well, which worked perfectly for most of us, the danger came from an unexpected corner: 1 of the female members had the bright idea to ask her husband. And yes, we explained him maybe not enough, he could not resist and won the tournament with 351 points with 2 games. Congratulations Erik Goyvaerts (or is it still Erik Robyn?).
The result is that we can organize the event next year. But we are honoured and want to take the oranisation very seriously (sic !).
