Rotary Club Antwerp.International helps the Ukrainian people during this difficult moments in the war.
People in Ukraine are going through terrible times because of the war in which they ended up uninvited. They spend tense moments in crawl spaces or decide to leave everything behind in search of a safer future. Some are hurt or are no longer able to receive much-needed medical care.
To give them a helping hand, Rotary Club Antwerp.International has decided to transfer a sum to one of Rotary's non-profit organizations in Belgium, ie Hospital without Borders. We asked them to only use this for medical equipment for victims or refugees from Ukraine.
Hospital without Borders focuses on donating (para)medical, hospital, furniture, consumables, etc. materials to redesign and equip needy care centers around the world. ZZG intervenes twofold in emergency situations in the event of disasters by providing kits specially designed for this purpose and in reconstruction, by donating material for the re-equipment of the affected hospitals.
