Dinner Meeting

A thousand years ago in Japan, fish was kept in vats of fermented rice. Literally, sushi means 'marinated rice'. This is how the classic Japanese sushi was born, a ball of rice topped with a slice of raw fish.

At Zaowang sushi means much more. On the menu you will find sashimi, nigiri, sushi, hoso maki, temaki and a wide range of futo maki.
