  • Casino Night
    • Friday 20.03.2020 at 8 p.m.: Ruiterhal in Brasschaat is booked for a Casino Night
    • Ideas
      • Dinner at 55 EUR (cost price 45 EUR). Eric is going to ask Peter from restaurant The Violin what the possibilities are.
      • Entrance for Casino: 25 EUR (it should be possible to only book for the Casino)
      • Combined: 70 EUR
      • Drinks have to be paid separedly with cards
    • Theme: "Black and Red"
    • Budget had to be made (Eric)
    • Specific comité: Annemie, Ilse, Anita, Gunter, Eric
  • Art fair
    • Proposal for name: Rotarart

    • Artists doesn't seem to be any problem.
• Social actions
  • Sinterklaas: not yet in order. Olo Brasschaat has not yet announced what they wish to receive. The previous responsible person has meanwhile been placed elsewhere. (Ilse)
  • The Ark: project is abandoned due to the distance. The committee prefers to set up a similar initiative in Antwerp.

  • 14/11: Aperotary (with a visitor from Ukraine)

  • 7-8 / 12: Alex's visit. Edwige is preparing a small program taking into account enough freedom for Alex to visit friends and acquaintances in the area.
